The following are the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Little Holidays Shop.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made on the Little Holidays shop website (shop.littleholidays.net) and is applicable in all cases where no particular exceptions have been made between the buyer and Little Holidays Shop.


Little Holidays ships worldwide.

Good are considered delivered once received by the customer.

We process orders daily and ship within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery within the USA is usually within 2 weeks. Delivery worldwide is usually within 4 weeks. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we can provide you with information regarding your item’s shipping data.

Shipping Costs

Little Holidays offers free standard shipping worldwide for orders reaching US$ 50 and up. For orders less than US$ 50, please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for the exact rates. You can choose among several shipping options, from standard shipping to expedited shipping. Standard shipping is via USPS if within the USA, and via International Economy if outside the USA. Expedited shipping is via FedEx.


Our payment gateway is handled by PayPal’s secure servers and allows you to pay by credit cards or with your PayPal account. Please see Paypal’s privacy policy here.

International Duties and Fees

We do not include international duties and fees in orders, given the complex nature of these fees. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping. We cannot mark an item as a “gift”.

Returns and Exchange

We currently do not offer a return or exchange policy, unless the items you received are damaged.

For damaged items, we will send a replacement. Please notify us within 14 business days by sending an email to hello@littleholidays.net with the following information: a photo of the packaging from your order, a photo of the item(s) that were damaged or incorrectly sent to you, and a photo of your packing slip included within the package, with the order number visible.

We cannot honor changes outside this time frame (14 business days).
